1. Agreement

By downloading or playing Sumoty (“the game”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game except where the law allows it.

3. Ads

The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads are the responsibility of their advertisers; we do not endorse the products advertised.

4. Your progress

Progress is saved only on your device. It can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change devices, and we cannot restore it.

5. Content and third-party licences

The game, its characters and artwork belong to Sumoty. Sounds by Kenney (CC0), music “Jazzy Battle Theme” by MintoDog (CC0) and the Baloo 2 font (SIL Open Font License) are used under their licences.

6. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working but do not promise it will be error-free or always available, and we may change or stop it at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Privacy

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. Contact: info@sumoty.com.

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

Sumoty’yi (“oyun”) indirerek ya da oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen oyunu kullanmayın.

2. Lisans

Oyunu sahip olduğunuz ya da kullandığınız cihazlara kurup ticari olmayan amaçlarla oynamanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veririz. Yasanın izin verdiği durumlar dışında oyunu kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, satamaz ya da dağıtamazsınız.

3. Reklamlar

Oyun ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. Reklamların sorumluluğu reklam verenlere aittir; tanıtılan ürünleri onaylamış olmayız.

4. İlerlemeniz

İlerleme yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Oyunu silerseniz, verilerini temizlerseniz ya da cihaz değiştirirseniz kaybolabilir ve geri getiremeyiz.

5. İçerik ve üçüncü taraf lisansları

Oyun, karakterleri ve görselleri Sumoty’ye aittir. Kenney sesleri (CC0), MintoDog’un “Jazzy Battle Theme” müziği (CC0) ve Baloo 2 yazı tipi (SIL Open Font License) kendi lisanslarıyla kullanılır.

6. Garanti yoktur

Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Çalışır tutmak için elimizden geleni yaparız; ancak hatasız ya da her zaman erişilebilir olacağını taahhüt etmeyiz ve oyunu istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir ya da durdurabiliriz.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırı

Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, yasayla kaldırılamayan tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

8. Gizlilik

Verilerin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası’nda anlatılır.

9. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
